Guess-Ti-Mate
Our group created Guess-ti-Mate. A trivia game based heavily on Family Feud. Our group created a survey of questions such as "what would a punishment a child would to give to their parents?" And sent them out as a survey to the whole school. Then we created a presentation that projects
the questions and we ran with that. The contestants would guess what the survey responses are through some hammers on the table.
Section 2
I had the responsibility of keeping track of the contestant's score. At the very end I was getting kind of sloppy because I was standing up for an hour but for most of it, I was quick and responsive when my group members tell me to put some numbers on the whiteboard. I thought I was very responsible with my task. I also thought I was good at keeping my integrity the whole time. I wasn't biased against any team even when some of my friends were playing. It wouldn't be fair so I stuck with my job. I Have had respect for my group members all the way through. I respect their decisions while they are contemplating whether a question would count or not. I showed grit by being my best self all the way through even at the end when I get tired out. Some obstacles I encountered were me standing up for too long which made my legs feel like jelly. I showed bravery by keeping accurate scores. For some of the answers I needed to get a calculator out and I was scared I was gonna get an inaccurate calculation. I feel like I got one or two wrong but it didn't affect the game at all. I was respectful all the way through when my group communicated with me. They asked me if a question would count and I answered in a respectful manner while also keeping score. I showed a lot of empathy when I was talking to parents. I asked them what they did for a living and they were happy to hear that I can imagine.
